Paul Forrest O.D.
Optometrist and CEO
Dr. Paul Forrest is a board certified optometrist and the CEO of Harleysville, Lansdale, and Chadds Ford Eye Associates, which are located throughout Montgomery and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania. After graduating from the University of Delaware, Dr. Forrest obtained his Optometric Degree at the prestigious Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. Dr. Forrest then went on to complete his residency at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia where he was responsible for the education and training of the 4th year-optometric interns. He has authored numerous publications related to primary eye care and ocular disease. Dr. Forrest continues to provide outstanding optometric care at his above offices. He also continues his involvement with the world renowned Kremer Laser Eye Center by providing pre and post-operative co-management care of refractive and cataract patients.
Jack Forrest O.D.
Optometrist
Dr. Jack Forrest is a board-certified optometrist practicing at our offices in Harleysville, Lansdale, and Chadds Ford, PA. Dr. Forrest graduated from La Salle University Maxima Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology. He then went on to obtain his Doctorate of Optometry from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University (PCO). While at PCO, Dr. Forrest was enrolled in their 3-year Accelerated Doctor of Optometry Scholars Program, the only accelerated program in the country, and graduated as the valedictorian of his class. During his time at PCO, Dr. Forrest received several awards and scholarships for outstanding academic achievement, clinical expertise, and practice management skills.
Dr. Forrest has a wide variety of interests within the realm of eye care, including primary eye care, management of ocular pathology such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye disease, dry eye treatment, binocular vision disorders, and specialty contact lenses. Dr. Forrest received clinical training at the world-renowned Wills Eye Hospital in the diagnosis and management of binocular vision disorders following traumatic brain injury, and also in the fitting of specialty contact lenses for patients with irregular corneas and other ocular pathology. He leads our team in treating patients with binocular vision disorders through individually designed vision therapy plans, and also in fitting specialty contact lenses, including scleral lenses, rigid gas permeable lenses, orthokeratology lenses, and custom soft lenses. In his time outside of the office, Dr. Forrest enjoys traveling, golfing, relaxing on the beach, and spending time with his family.
George Pronesti M.D.
Ophthalmologist – Cataract and LASIK Surgeon
Dr. George Pronesti is a board certified ophthalmologist and Philadelphia-area LASIK and cataract surgeon. He serves as National Associate Director of Kremer Eye Center in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Pronesti obtained his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University Medical School in Philadelphia. He completed his internship and residency at the Friedenwald Eye Institute in Maryland. Prior to joining the surgical team at Kremer Eye Center, Dr. Pronesti was Vice Chairman of Maryland General Hospital’s Department of Ophthalmology where he was responsible for the training of new doctors in cutting-edge clinical and surgical techniques. Dr. Pronesti has authored numerous publications and is the inventor of the Golf Bifocal. Dr. Pronesti has performed thousands of LASIK procedures and continues to perform the latest, most innovative procedures by participating in many ongoing FDA protocols. He is a member of the American Medical Association, Baltimore Medical Society and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Jeremy Aikey D.O., MBA
Ophthalmologist – Vitreo-Retinal Surgeon
Dr. Jeremy Aikey is a board certified ophthalmologist with additional fellowship training in medical and surgical diseases of the retina. He specializes in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vascular conditions, and surgical treatment of retinal disorders. A native of Pennsylvania, Dr. Aikey graduated from Lehigh University and received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also received an MBA in Executive Healthcare Management from St. Joseph’s University. After completing an ophthalmology residency at Ohio Health Hospital System in Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Aikey completed a fellowship in vitreo-retinal disease at Retina & Vitreous of Texas/Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. He has contributed to a number of publications and presentations, ranging in topic from diabetic eye problems to macular degeneration.
Dr. Farbman
Dr. Farbman specializes in corneal, cataract, and refractive vision correction surgery. A board-certified ophthalmologist, he has authored several articles on innovative DSAEK techniques, glaucoma treatment, and diabetic retinopathy.
After graduating from Tufts University, Dr. Farbman earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan Health System, where he received the PGY-III Resident Suturing Award. He completed his corneal fellowship at UC David Eye Center.
Dr. Farbman also received his law degree and graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School.
Dr. Kelly Epstein
Dr. Epstein is an optometrist practicing at our Lansdale and Harleysville, PA locations. Dr. Epstein graduated from Penn State Erie with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and achieved her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2013.
During her training, Dr. Epstein received clinical honors at The Vision Center in Pittsburgh, Pa, the Erie VA Medical Center, the William Feinbloom Vision Rehabilitation Center at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA, as well as Katzman Eye Associates.
Throughout Dr. Epstein’s career, she has treated and managed a wide range of ocular pathology including corneal and contact lens related eye diseases, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic related eye disease and dry eye disease. In addition to medical optometry, Dr. Epstein performs refractions for glasses and contact lens fittings to meet patients’ visual needs.
Apart from optometry, Dr. Epstein’s other interests include traveling, reading, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
Dayna Luckey, OD, FAAO
Dr. Dayna Luckey is a board-certified optometrist. She earned her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Luckey received her Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University where she graduated with the highest academic and clinical honors.
Dr. Luckey further advanced her knowledge and clinical skills during her residency specializing in low vision at Salus University. She educated and trained student interns while gaining invaluable experience helping individuals with advanced ocular diseases optimize their remaining vision through technology, optical devices, and specialty contact lenses. She earned her fellowship with the American Academy of Optometry based on her work in low vision.
Dr. Luckey is licensed to perform comprehensive exams, contact lens fittings, glaucoma assessments and diabetic eye disease management. She also provides infant and pediatric exams and emergency eye care.
When not in the office, Dr. Luckey enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
