Dr Epstein is wonderful. The whole crew is great.

Really kind, Gentle and professional

Everything about this office is 5-star. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional...from the front desk (I like that they are waste conscious and use reusable dry-erase sign-in forms), the assistant, Dr. Epstein, and Helena (who offered personalized help selecting frames according to my tastes and insurance coverage). They also offer a scan technology which replaced the need for dilation. A very pleasant visit!

Always do a thorough job with their exam and my prescription is always accurate.

Friendly and efficient staff

I have been going to Lansdale Eye Assoc for 12 years for glasses and contacts. They automatically schedule you for your next appt so you don’t forget. This is helpful for contact lens wearers because you don’t want to find yourself running out and scrambling for an appt. I have a family history of glaucoma and they monitor my eyes thoroughly to look for any early signs of disease. The doctors always provide a explanation of test results. I purchase my contacts here too and are always provided rebate coupons from the manufacturer. I also like that they provide an optional retinal scan that doesn’t require dilating pupils. Staff is super friendly.
