Great experience. Great staff. I just wish I would've got the glare protection. Now I need to go back and have them add it

I like how humane they are in this practice. When you call, there’s an actual person asking you how they can help in no more than a couple of minutes, while other places make you go through an answering machine or leave you on hold for half an hour. They also don’t have huge waiting lists. I started to wear contacts for the first time and they offered me the support I needed to do so.

Recently I was in for an exam and had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Jack Forrest again. He is always friendly and professional, the eye exam is thorough, he never rushes the exam, he is never dismissive of questions, he listens to your concerns and thoroughly explains everything. I always leave feeling knowledgeable about my eye situation. I highly recommend Dr. Jack Forrest.
