This office has the kindest staff I’ve ever spoken to. Everyone is beyond polite and helpful. Whether it’s answering the phone or in person they are incredibly welcoming. From the set up of my initial appointment, to helping me get the best deal on my lenses, they really made it the best experience I could’ve asked for.

I like how humane they are in this practice. When you call, there’s an actual person asking you how they can help in no more than a couple of minutes, while other places make you go through an answering machine or leave you on hold for half an hour. They also don’t have huge waiting lists. I started to wear contacts for the first time and they offered me the support I needed to do so.
