Jen is absolutely fantastic as the office manager , she really makes sure patients have a good experience . Both optometrists I have had here as well were fantastic . This is not the closest office for me but I come here anyways because of the service and compassionate care. I am in the health care profession as well so I have high expectations , and this office certainly meets them. Thank you Jen and staff !!!!!

I hadn’t had an eye checkup for several years. I’ve gone to Harleysville Eye for years, but most of the staff and dr I saw were new to me. Everyone was very friendly, beyond just a token way, efficient and extremely professional. This included the front desk person who greeted me, checked insurance info and had me sign a couple forms, to the tech who performed some of the optical tests to the ophthalmologist (Jack, the son of one of the original/still current doctors in the practice) to the optometrists (?) who helped me pick out new frames and wrote up the order. All made me feel very comfortable and confident in their expertise, and as if I mattered as an individual. I never felt rushed. I’m not good at picking glasses for myself, but have had great success in the past with their staff doing it for me, with my final approval. This visit was no different. The woman was very helpful, with two other optician staff weighing in as well with their opinions, at my request. I apologize that I didn’t catch names. The optometrist was also clear on what my insurance did and didn’t cover for the new frames and prescription. Masks were required, which I approve of, and frames I tried on went into a separate tray for cleaning.

Harleysville Eye Associates is the Best in the area. Very caring staff + Docters who are first rate! Would highly recommend this group. Very professional + thorough!

Overall positive. Follow up.visit.The only issue was that my treatment records were not transferred over for the technician or doc to have access.. Also, they had a new system.
