The whole experience was wonderful for both myself as well as my husband. The Dr. was great! Very thorough, but quick. All of the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Can’t wait to pick up our new glasses and I will certainly spread the word and recommend to family and friends.

Excellent experience! Hands down best eye doctors in the area!

Scheduled my appointment a few weeks in advance. I was a new patient and they had a very easy to use onboarding process online. This allowed me to go while I was out for lunch at work. I was seen within a matter of minutes. Afterwards the ladies helped me pick my pair of glasses that best suited me and offered additional options like anti-glare which I took. Currently I am waiting on my glasses to come in. Overall I was very informed during the whole process through text message. I feel as if I made the right choice with my eye care facility. 100% Recommend

What a difference a few years makes. What a wonderful surprise. Many years ago, like many here, I had a bad experience. Rude staff, was charged for a contact exam I didn't want, the usual stuff people mention here.Due to needing an eye exam right away I couldn't go to my new optometrist and came back here. I am so glad I did. They have really turned the place around. I was warmly greated. The staff was professional. The paperwork laid out everything including easily opting out of additional charges like a contact exam. After filling in my paperwork I barely had time to open my book before I was taken back to be seen. (The whole time I was there I barely made it through two pages - I never really waited for anything.) I had a thorough eye exam. The doctor was as friendly and courteous as the rest of the staff. My medical questions were answered clearly. When the contacts they fitted me for weren't quite right they went back to scratch and did another eye exam just to make sure everything was ok. They helped me get a good pair of contacts at a reasonable value, even going and looking for a better deal for me (which they found!). I'm looking forward to going back next year.
